	Neil obtained his great love for food from his dad, Henry (Pop) Strawder and mom, Patricia (Pat) Tate. His second love (being a computer geek) is dying a slow death. He was a DJ, bartender, web designer, bodyguard and finally a banker before he gave into his passion and decided to capitalize on his cooking. Now he’s the man with the apron and the big mouth. He loves being out with the crowd and seeing the enjoyment on their faces when his food crosses their lips. He wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Owner, CFO, Mac & Cheese Queen, Wife
	Phyllis avoids cooking as much as possible. She is a forever student with a Bachelor’s degree from CSULA in Finance. She gets her love for knowledge from her dad, Phillip (Phil) Williams and her giving nature from her mom, Helen (Hel) Williams. She is the requisite bbq wife with a job and benefits behind the bbq man. She is The Money Lady and she keeps everyone in line, including the customers.
Heir Apparent, Daughter
	Morgan, though only 2-years-old, is learning the family business, namely by taste-testing everything on the menu an learning to take orders. She’s not bad at giving orders either. Her future plans are to take over the Bigmista empire and then the world.
Operations Manager, Rib Master, Stepfather
	Glenn is the company all around. Just call out “Hey Blondie” and he will be there to fix anything from the sink, to the smoker to the food itself. He has been with Bigmista’s since the first market and has mastered the art of the rib. If you want to know how he got the name Blondie ask anyone who attending the 2008 Stagecoach competition.
Special Events Manager, Baker, Cousin
	Nae is the visionary. She has a Bachelor degree from UCLA in Political Science and rose through the ranks in public relations and marketing. She is our Drill Sergeant for special events and she makes sure everything goes smoothly. Her passion is baking and her red velvet cupcakes always leave you wanting more. If you try her other desserts you’ll wonder where she’s been all your life.
Baker, Mother
	Helen is the company mom and voice of reason. She doesn’t believe everything has to be run based on book knowledge. Sometimes you have to use “mother wit” and common sense. She puts out our tried and true desserts such as peach cobbler and sweet potato pie. Don’t ask for a recipe because even if it were written down you would have to kill her for it.
Retail Assistant, Aunt
	Florence is the safety net for this rag tag team as well as the second source of mother-wit for the operation. After retiring from the phone company she didn’t hesitate to come out and take orders for Bigmista.
