STEP 1: Select the type of service that interests you
Delivery & Set-up
All food is delivered in disposable aluminum containers or on plastic service trays. Paper goods and eating utensils are available for $0.60 per person. Delivery charge is determined by distance. A service charge of 18% applies to all orders.
Full Service Catering
You provide the tables and we provide a professional staff, set-up and clean-up of hot buffet, all equipment for buffet-line service, quality paper goods, eating utensils, condiments, and table decor.
Full Service & Smoker
In addition to full service, there is a cook/carver and smoker to cook your meat on-site. Quote is based on size and distance to your outdoor event. You must have sufficient outdoor space for the a smoker, with electricity provided. Bartenders can be provided upon request at an additional charge.
